CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Health Care

You will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes across Middletown, Smyrna, Dover, Laurel, and Selbyville. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- 2Provide light housekeeping and home management tasks like laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- 3Assist with ambulation and transfers, using mechanical lifting devices when needed.
- 4Support range of motion exercises and mobility as part of each care plan.
- 5Administer oral feeding and monitor vital signs, recording temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- 6Medication assistance, ensuring clients take prescribed medications on schedule.
- 7Handle toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
- 8Document care provided and communicate observations to the clinical team.
Requirements5
- 11+ years of work experience as a CNA
- 275 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant training
- 3Current CNA license in good standing with the state board
- 4Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, transferring, and standing for long periods
- 5Reliable transportation to client homes in the listed areas
