CNA Caregiver, Home Care & ADL Support
Overview
You will own morning client care in Gladwyne, PA, driving a client and assisting with ADLs. You will join a support team that values direct connection, with 24/7 backup and paid mileage. This role blends caregiving with reliable transportation, offering PTO and holiday pay.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive the client safely using a valid driver's license and clean record.
- 2Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- 3Keep the patient engaged and safe throughout the shift.
- 4Build a genuine connection through companionship and conversation.
- 5Document care provided and communicate with office staff.
- 6Support client mobility, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- 7Lift or transfer up to 50 pounds as needed.
Requirements7
- 1Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or completion of a nursing assistant course with certification.
- 2CPR certification.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 51+ year home care experience preferred with acceptable references.
- 6Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 7Ability to stand, walk, and lift 50 pounds.
