Hospice Aide, Home Care & Nursing Assistant
Overview
You will provide hospice and home care support across multiple locations in the Philadelphia area, owning client connections and daily care routines. What You'll Do5
- 1Work flexible shifts, adjusting start and stop times to meet client needs
- 2Travel to 5 or 6 different locations per day, providing care and support
- 3Build genuine connections with clients, ensuring their comfort and safety
- 4Perform daily living assistance, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- 5Document care provided and communicate with the office for coordination
Requirements5
- 1Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent, with CPR certification maintained
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
- 4Excellent customer service skills, showing compassion and dependability
- 5Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift 50 pounds
