Overview
We seek compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily activities maintaining safety and supporting therapeutic plans. The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Assist with personal care including bathing toileting grooming dressing feeding oral hygiene nail care shaving
- 2Provide mobility support such as ambulation transferring and positioning using assistive devices
- 3Support physical therapy exercises under supervision
- 4Monitor and communicate changes in health status
- 5Perform light housekeeping including laundry and cleaning
- 6Prepare meals and shop for groceries
- 7Maintain a clean safe living environment
- 8Use PPE when appropriate
- 9Document care and submit reports via telephony system
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 18 years old
- 2Formal certification or passing skills test
- 3Ability to read write and follow a Plan of Care
- 4Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- 5Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- 6Dependability reliability and sound judgment
- 7Friendly patient respectful with sincere interest in caring
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 9Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
- 10Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 11Ability to travel independently to client homes
