What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain relationships with community professionals and healthcare providers
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans and crisis interventions
- 3Conduct weekly staff meetings and ensure timely distribution of minutes
- 4Oversee medication management and adherence to RSS policies
- 5Coordinate housing placements across multiple communities
- 6Develop and execute recreational and social activities for residents
- 7Supervise licensed nurses and support staff in daily operations
- 8Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- 9Assist with admissions and discharges by managing clinical documentation
- 10Provide de-escalation training and crisis response for behavioral emergencies
- 11Ensure facility security and adherence to safety protocols
Requirements10
- 1Associate's degree in human services plus 2 years of full-time care experience or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 34 weeks paid time off during first year and 12 paid holidays
- 4Experience with mental health software systems and EHR platforms
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- 6Strong supervisory skills and experience mentoring staff
- 7Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
- 8Bachelor's degree preferred with additional certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 9Experience with substance abuse treatment programs
- 10Knowledge of state-specific mental health regulations and reporting requirements
