Overview
Own clinical development and day-to-day operations for a new ABA center at scale. Lead clinical quality, compliance, and team growth while initially maintaining a caseload before scaling with new BCBAs. Partner with ownership to drive growth, staffing, and a strong clinical culture. Build modern clinical systems and processes from the ground up.

- 7Manage caseload transparency and maintain clear expectations during center ramp-up
- 8Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and day-to-day clinical leadership
- 9Drive structure and playbooks for the center rather than inheriting ones
- 10Partner to hire and build the clinical team and enable long-term growth
Requirements10
- 1BCBA credential required
- 2Experience leading clinical operations in an ABA setting
- 3Ability to build and mentor clinical teams
- 4Strong focus on ethics and clinical quality
- 5Comfort with hands-on leadership and initial caseload management
- 6Willingness to supervise and train RBTs and BCBAs
- 7Experience developing clinical systems and scalable processes

- 9Capable of managing a caseload of 7-10 clients during ramp-up
- 10Location flexibility to work primarily center-based with some in-home work during early months
