Overview
Own clinical leadership for in-center and occasional in-home ABA service delivery at a growing franchise. Lead quality assurance and ethics oversight, supervise staff, and drive client progress across a defined caseload. Work Monday through Friday with opportunities for advancement to regional leadership as the organization expands. What You'll Do10
- 1Build individualized, research-based client programs and analyze progress over time
- 2Lead weekly parent training meetings and provide progress updates
- 3Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
- 4Oversee Ethics Officer and Quality Assurance processes and respond to audits
- 5Drive staff development through quarterly in-service trainings and staff meetings
- 6Coordinate insurance-related tasks and pre-auth requests
- 7Manage safety and incident response and maintain high safety standards
- 8Lead company-wide progress analysis and report outcomes to leadership
- 9Ensure billing accuracy and obtain BCBA approval for insurance interactions
- 10Support expansion initiatives and potential transition to Clinical Director role
Requirements10
- 1BACB Certification
- 2BLS / CPR certification
- 3No criminal background
- 4Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 5Able to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active
- 6Phoenix, AZ 85031 relocation required
- 7Willingness to travel up to 25%
- 8Ability to supervise and manage a max caseload of about 9-12 full-time clients
- 9Strong problem-solving and supervision skills
- 10Experience with VB-Mapp AFLS or related assessments
