BCBA/LBA - Onsite Arizona Autism Clinic
Overview
Own a caseload and lead clinical supervision for RBTs in a data driven ABA setting. Provide individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure ethical compliance across payer requirements. Work onsite in Phoenix with a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This role blends direct client work with hands-on training of RBTs and emphasizes meaningful outcomes for children and families.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain direct clinical oversight for an assigned caseload
- 2Supervise RBTs providing services to clients on the caseload
- 3Complete required components of RBT supervision including observation and feedback
- 4Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments and reassessments for assigned clients
- 5Analyze assessment data to determine progress and modify treatment plans
- 6Develop and update individualized treatment plans and goals
- 7Train and coach RBTs on client goals programs and behavior strategies
- 8Provide ongoing clinical direction to RBTs and ensure treatment integrity
- 9Collaborate with parents caregivers and treatment team
- 10Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning meetings
Requirements10
- 1Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 2Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- 3Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst LBA license
- 4Experience providing ABA services to children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- 5Experience supervising and training RBTs/behavior technicians
- 6Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment treatment planning data analysis and ABA programming
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- 9Willingness to meet payer credentialing requirements
- 10Onsite availability in Phoenix Arizona
