Overview
Own clinical programs for children with autism at scale within a clinician-led ABA practice. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and oversee ABA programs for children with autism to achieve measurable improvements
- 2Lead and supervise Behavior Therapists (RBTs) and provide ongoing coaching and supervision
- 3Design assessments and update individualized treatment plans to reflect progress
- 4Deliver parent training and collaborate with families to reinforce skills at home
- 5Maintain high-quality, ethical clinical care and ensure compliance with professional standards
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes
- 7Support leadership initiatives and participate in career development opportunities
Requirements6
- 1BCBA or BCaBA certification required
- 2Experience working with children with autism
- 3Strong leadership and communication skills
- 4Ability to manage a caseload of 12–15 clients
