What You'll Do15
- 1Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services at the center
- 2Supervise and mentor BCBAs RBTs and other clinical team members
- 3Ensure treatment programs are individualized and evidence-based
- 4Review client progress and guide treatment planning
- 5Conduct and oversee assessments functional behavior assessments treatment plans and documentation
- 6Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain quality compliance
- 7Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to clinical staff
- 8Support professional development of BCBAs and RBTs
- 9Collaborate with families to promote consistent progress
- 10Partner with operations and administration to support center functionality
- 11Assist with hiring onboarding training and retention of clinical staff
- 12Promote positive collaborative ethical workplace culture
- 13Address clinical concerns and offer timely solutions
- 14Participate in team meetings case reviews and clinical initiatives
- 15Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- 3Current BCBA certification through BACB
- 4Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities
- 5Previous clinical leadership supervisory or management experience
- 6Strong knowledge of ABA principles assessment treatment planning and behavior intervention
- 7Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
- 8Ability to mentor and develop clinical staff
- 9Commitment to ethical compassionate client-centered care
