What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments using FBA VB-MAPP PEAK Vineland and ESDM while providing training sessions
- 2Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on client progress
- 3Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians through ongoing mentorship and direct therapy oversight
- 4Analyze behavioral data to adjust treatment strategies ensuring data-driven care
- 5Collaborate with families to generalize skills across settings and maintain compliance with BACB ethics HIPAA guidelines
- 6Lead monthly certified meetings and conduct quarterly staff reviews
- 7Oversee daily clinic operations and report staffing needs to Human Resources
- 8Manage discretionary budgets and attend organizational training initiatives
- 9Deliver corrective actions and deliverables as required by leadership
- 10Attend monthly management meetings and participate in interdisciplinary clinical collaborations
- 11Ensure treatment integrity safety procedures and quality assurance standards are upheld
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related field with active BCBA certification
- 2Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
- 3Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- 4Reliable transportation for local travel
- 5CPR/First Aid certification and crisis management training preferred
