What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for a caseload of children, adjusting as progress data dictates.
- 2Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments, then craft data-driven behavior intervention plans.
- 3Supervise RBTs and therapy team members, providing real-time guidance and feedback during sessions.
- 4Monitor client progress through clinical data reviews, modifying treatment goals weekly to ensure measurable gains.
- 5Train parents and caregivers on ABA techniques, empowering them to support skill generalization at home.
- 6Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to align interventions across settings.
- 7Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and progress reports, per BACB guidelines.
- 8Participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights from your direct client work.
- 9Build trust with clients and families through consistent, compassionate communication and ethical practice.
Requirements8
- 1Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 2Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- 3GA LBA certification (or ability to obtain before start).
- 42+ years providing ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities.
- 5Deep understanding of ABA principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention planning.
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills for family training and team collaboration.
- 7Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of managing multiple priorities independently.
- 8Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and a client-centered approach.
