Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will own remote ABA treatment for children and families across Georgia. You will set the clinical vision: conduct behavioral assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and drive progress through caregiver collaboration. You will lead a team of behavior technicians, supervising their implementation and intervening when data shows a need. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and a BCBA Success Manager to support your growth. The work is direct: your assessments shape treatment, your supervision shapes quality, and your decisions shape outcomes.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct thorough behavioral assessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional analysis to shape individualized ABA treatment plans.
- 2Develop and write ABA plans that target measurable goals, updating them each authorization period based on progress data.
- 3Supervise behavior technicians weekly, modeling intervention techniques and delivering real-time feedback on program fidelity.
- 4Analyze trend lines and behavior data to adjust ABA goals and teaching strategies, ensuring steady client progress.
- 5Guide caregivers on implementing behavioral strategies at home, offering structured coaching calls and written plans.
- 6Partner with speech and occupational therapists to align ABA targets with broader developmental goals.
- 7Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in CentralReach, completing session notes, progress reports, and treatment fidelity checks.
- 8Lead monthly team meetings to review client outcomes, resolve clinical challenges, and share best practices across the caseload.
Requirements8
- 1Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- 2Eligibility for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure, or a willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
- 3Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 42+ years providing ABA therapy to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- 5Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians, including performance feedback and training.
- 6Proficiency with CentralReach or similar ABA practice management software.
- 7Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for telehealth sessions.
- 8Willingness to transition to a hybrid model if state regulations change, with advance notice.
