Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric ABA
Overview
You will own clinical oversight of ABA therapy programs for children with autism, conducting assessments, designing behavior plans, and supervising therapists across home, community, and clinic settings. You will collaborate with a team of passionate therapists and support staff who handle billing, scheduling, and certifications, letting you focus on client progress. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and write treatment plans that create meaningful goals.
- 2Design behavior intervention plans with functional, observable, and measurable targets for caregivers and therapists.
- 3Deliver 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists, using behavioral skills training and performance feedback to maintain clinical integrity.
- 4Review session notes weekly and analyze data to make data-driven program changes.
- 5Ensure generalization of skills by training caregivers and setting specific goals for active participation.
- 6Run reassessments at least twice per year, summarizing data and progress for each client.
- 7Communicate regularly with parents, therapists, and the office while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA and state regulations.
- 8Build programs that are socially significant and promote independence and happiness.
Requirements8
- 1Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists.
- 2Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
- 3BCBA and LBA required.
- 41+ year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
- 5Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience and professionalism.
- 6Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 7Ability to travel to assigned cases using personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation.
- 8Capability to climb stairs, lift 10 pounds regularly, and sit on the floor, kneel, or crawl for extended periods.
