What You'll Do6

  • 1Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client assessments and data analysis.
  • 2Conduct behavioral assessments and report findings to parents and caregivers.

  • 4Implement and reinforce behavioral interventions in therapy sessions.
  • 5Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and inform treatment decisions.

Requirements6

  • 1Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
  • 2Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
  • 32+ years of experience working with autism and related disorders.
  • 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
