What You'll Do9

  • 1Build individualized treatment programs based on initial and ongoing evaluations, applying best ethical practices and BCaBA guidelines.

  • 3Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to adjust goals and techniques for optimal outcomes.
  • 4Lead parent training sessions to equip caregivers with effective behavioral techniques.
  • 5Represent the clinical team at IEP meetings, providing treatment recommendations aligned with educational goals.
  • 6Maintain accurate client records, notes, and data for internal compliance and external reporting.
  • 7Coordinate with school personnel, outside providers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive care.
  • 8Stay current with CEUs and attend required trainings to maintain certification and compliance.
  • 9Uphold HIPAA privacy standards in all client interactions and documentation.

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university per BACB guidelines.
  • 2Active BCaBA certification from the BACB in good standing.
  • 3Valid state license when applicable.
  • 41+ years working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
  • 5Previous supervision experience (preferred).
  • 6Crisis management experience (preferred).
  • 7Willingness to travel to in-home and local clinic settings.
