Overview
You will own clinical oversight for in-home ABA therapy, conducting assessments and directing treatment for children and teens with autism. What You'll Do6
- 1Design individualized behavior and skill acquisition plans using ABA principles for each client
- 2Supervise and train ABA technicians in implementing behavior support plans, modeling techniques and monitoring fidelity
- 3Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- 4Graph treatment data and adjust strategies to ensure progress, delivering routine progress summaries to families and team
- 5Train parents and caregivers on ABA strategies to reinforce consistent support at home
- 6Collaborate with supervising clinicians and referring agencies on complex cases and treatment alignment
Requirements6
- 1Hold a valid MD BCBA certification
- 23+ years working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
- 3Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing positive behavior support plans
- 4Ability to travel between client homes with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- 5Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism
- 6Strong communication skills for training families and technicians
