What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs to maintain high clinical standards
  • 2Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation to ensure effective services
  • 3Provide final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission
  • 4Monitor clinical performance and operational metrics with ongoing program improvement
  • 5Staff development, training, and supervision standards including RBT mentorship and growth
  • 6Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care
  • 7Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding
  • 8Guide families and caregivers to support treatment goals
  • 9Oversee program quality, transitions, and discharge planning
  • 10Support clinicians through supervision and mentorship and career development

Requirements9

  • 1Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • 2BCBA certification required
  • 3Minimum 5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis
  • 4Experience leading clinical teams including BCBAs and RBTs
  • 5Strong knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making
  • 6Ability to collaborate with families, clinicians, and operations
  • 7Background in clinical supervision and RBT growth pathways
  • 8Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 9Willingness to participate in background check as per policies
