What You'll Do10
- 1Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- 2Oversee the implementation of behavior analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- 3Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
- 4Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- 5Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high quality care and outcomes.
- 6Utilize data to drive decisions and report progress to families and teams.
- 7Engage in ongoing training through the ABA Academy of Excellence.
- 8Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- 9Coordinate with diagnostic teams for timely diagnosis and access to care.
- 10Support urgent clinical needs with on demand clinical supervision and guidance.
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree
- 2Active BCBA certification, required
- 3Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
- 4Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- 5Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
