Overview
Own the bake out and cleaning process for customer parts requiring drying after wet cleaning, ensuring parts meet specifications in a semiconductor cleanroom. Handle stainless steel, aluminum, copper, quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, and nickel components. Assemble, test, and package orders per detailed work instructions. Maintain a clean and safe environment while working rotating shifts with a 2nd shift assignment after training. This role demands precision and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What You'll Do7
- 1Bake out customer parts after wet cleaning to meet drying specifications.
- 2Physically clean parts using IPA wipes and other approved methods.
- 3Assemble, test, and package customer orders following TMPI's Work Instructions and SOPs.
- 4Ensure parts are packaged daily to protect and seal final products.
- 5Maintain a clean and safe work environment with periodic housekeeping.
- 6Use safety equipment including cleanroom garments, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses for 8-hour shifts.
- 7Follow complex instructions and record data using basic computer and cell phone skills.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of manufacturing or cleanroom experience, semiconductor preferred.
- 2Ability to follow complex instructions and communicate effectively.
- 3Basic computer and cell phone skills for data recording.
- 4Knowledge of parts made from stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and anodized metals is a plus.
- 5Experience packaging metal parts or other objects is a plus.
- 6Must be available to work rotating shifts: 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with 2nd shift final assignment.
- 7Ability to wear cleanroom garments and safety gear for extended periods.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent.
