Cleanroom Technician
Overview
Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician to load and unload cleaning equipment assemble inspect and test parts using alcohol wiping swabbing nitrogen dry parts leak function and flow testing bag package and label products operate air and electric drivers LPC testing bag sealers and ultrasonic wash equipment train and work in other production areas maintain cleanroom organization follow safety and PPE requirements and collaborate as part of a team to maintain departmental standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Load and unload various types of cleaning equipment and perform miscellaneous assembly tasks
- 2Inspect clean and test parts using alcohol wiping swabbing nitrogen dry parts leak function and flow testing
- 3Bag package and label products according to instructions
- 4Operate air and electric drivers LPC testing bag sealers and ultrasonic wash equipment
- 5Train and work in other production areas as required by the production schedule
- 6Work in the cleanroom clean line or assembly areas based on workflow demands
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following safety and cleanroom requirements
- 8Use appropriate safety and PPE equipment such as coveralls boots hairnets face shields and gloves
- 9Identify and report deviations that could impact productivity
- 10Collaborate as part of a team to maintain departmental standards including quality and delivery goals
- 11Complete logs and necessary documentation with accuracy
Requirements12
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Prior experience in a cleanroom environment is a plus
- 3Ability to sit stand walk bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- 4Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity
- 5Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- 6Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- 7Strong organizational and time management skills
- 8Ability to handle fragile products and perform repetitive tasks
- 9Experience in inspection of parts multitasking packaging and computer data entry
- 10Familiarity with 5S standards and general production practices
- 11Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform a sequence of operations consistently
- 12Good team player who aids others in maintaining quality and on-time delivery goals
