Cleanroom Technician Shift

Own daily production and packaging tasks in a GMP cleanroom, hitting output goals for a regulated medical device maker. Work with SAP and MRP systems to track batches and materials. You will support production of high-quality medical devices, operating equipment, packing finished products, and resolving basic equipment faults through HMI screens. You will follow GMP and GDP standards in a cleanroom environment, while collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams to meet production goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a lean manufacturing setting, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will own the daily sanitation of cleanroom facilities and adjacent controlled spaces in a regulated production environment. Your work keeps every surface compliant with SOPs and GMP standards, directly supporting manufacturing output. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures for chemical handling and gowning, using Microsoft Teams and training software daily. This role demands consistent physical labor and strict attention to detail, with a clear path to mastery in aseptic practices. Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician to load and unload cleaning equipment assemble inspect and test parts using alcohol wiping swabbing nitrogen dry parts leak function and flow testing bag package and label products operate air and electric drivers LPC testing bag sealers and ultrasonic wash equipment train and work in other production areas maintain cleanroom organization follow safety and PPE requirements and collaborate as part of a team to maintain departmental standards.

You will build high-quality electronic products in a ISO 9001 certified cleanroom, owning contamination control and assembly precision. You join a team of 15 technicians reporting to a shift lead, with 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience. You will read SOPs, operate air tools, and pass final inspections on every unit. This role offers direct contribution to advanced technology products with a stable 1st shift schedule.

The Critical Environment Technician oversees cleanroom areas ensuring contamination-free conditions. Responsible for daily cleaning tasks following strict protocols. Shifts Wednesday through Saturday morning hours. Competitive hourly wage available.
