Overview
The Classified Infrastructure Systems Engineer will lead on-site support for Enabled Intelligence systems across classified and unclassified networks. This role drives technical excellence while fostering collaboration within a diverse team dedicated to advancing AI solutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure network security and data protection
- 2Maintain Kubernetes environments and application health
- 3Provide onsite deskside support for user issues
- 4Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- 5Coordinate with Managed Service Providers for network implementations
- 6Manage desktop and server compliance with patch policies
- 7Support quarterly asset audits
- 8Maintain baseline configurations for classified and unclassified desktops
- 9Troubleshoot networking connectivity across corporate networks
- 10Prepare documentation for ATO/SWaP submissions
- 11Lead efforts to resolve production application problems
Requirements11
- 1Significant experience managing IT systems in SIPR JWICS and NIPR environments
- 2Ability to maintain on-prem CWAN SCWAN and stand-alone networks
- 3At least 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- 4At least 3 years experience with Linux-based operating systems
- 5Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes applications to production
- 6Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS-SCI
- 7Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- 8Technical proficiency with Rocky Linux
- 9Experience provisioning Microsoft Intune and Autopilot workstations
- 10Hands-on experience managing firewall switch and router devices
- 11Active TS/SCI Clearance
