Classified Systems Administrator - Washington DC
Overview
CACI seeks a Classified Systems Administrator to support mission-critical classified information systems in a secure environment. This role combines systems engineering and cybersecurity to ensure reliability and compliance while managing Windows Server virtualization and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead system modernization efforts in a high-security setting.
What You'll Do9
- 1Install and configure Microsoft Windows Server operating systems across classified environments
- 2Manage virtualization platforms including VMware Hyper-V and Nutanix ensuring availability and security
- 3Administer enterprise services like Microsoft Exchange SQL Server Skype for Business and Jira
- 4Troubleshoot hardware software networking issues and apply OS patches using vulnerability scanning tools
- 5Maintain enterprise storage solutions including Pure Storage Dell PowerVault and Synology appliances
- 6Administer privileged access using RSA and CyberArk following DoD and NISPOM requirements
- 7Process classified user account requests and manage Active Directory administration
- 8Support classified Information Assurance processes SIAs and DCSA compliance
- 9Implement security mitigations and monitor system performance
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years Systems Engineering and Systems Administration
- 2Active TS SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- 3CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent DoD approved certification
- 4Extensive experience with Windows Server including installation configuration and patch management
- 5Hands-on experience managing VMware Hyper-V and Nutanix virtualization environments
- 6Proficiency in vulnerability remediation using Nessus and similar enterprise security tools
- 7Strong knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy administration
- 8Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional technical teams
- 9Experience with Microsoft SQL Server SharePoint Server Skype for Business MECM/SCCM endpoint security
- 10Familiarity with backup solutions Nakivo and Commvault
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and supporting classified mission-critical environments
