What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain engaging lesson plans with educational activities
- 2Lead classrooms and take ownership of daily operations
- 3Document child progress and communicate updates to parents
- 4Assist with diaper changes, cleaning, and food preparation
- 5Collaborate with co-teachers while multitasking to support children
- 6Follow child care licensing regulations and school policies
- 7Participate in ongoing training programs
- 8Engage professionally with parents during pickup and drop-off
- 9Scale classroom environments to meet individual child needs
Requirements9
- 118 years of age or older
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3CPR certification preferred
- 4Ability to lift 35lbs and work flexible hours
- 5Flexibility to move between classrooms as needed
- 6Round Rock TX 78664 commute required
- 7Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- 8Background clearance check passed
- 9Commitment to punctuality and professionalism
