What You'll Do9
- 1Provide care to children Monday-Friday 2:30pm-5:15pm
- 2Maintain a safe environment for all children
- 3Develop and plan daily activities that are fun and developmentally appropriate
- 4Introduce new activities to help children discover interests
- 5Ensure children learn positive behaviors
- 6Collaborate with therapy team and lead teachers to support learning
- 7Communicate with parents daily at pickup
- 8Lead classroom activities aligned with individualized therapy plans
- 9Support staff with continued training and supervision
Requirements6
- 15+ years working with children and interest in special needs
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Physically able to play on the floor with children while lifting up to 50 lbs
- 4Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- 5Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 6Experience with individualized therapy for developmental delays
