What You'll Do6

  • 1Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, building trust from the first session.

  • 4Participate in case consultations and discharge planning, contributing clinical insights to enhance care.
  • 5Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within required timelines.
  • 6Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care.

Requirements10

  • 1Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • 2Experience working with children and families.
  • 3Hold a provisional license per state regulation if required.
  • 4Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensing.
  • 5Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
  • 6Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • 7Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • 8Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
