- 6Oversee operational functions through capable department leaders building efficient systems and processes
- 7Guide institutional investments in technology facilities and operational capacity
- 8Lead long-range financial planning budgeting forecasting treasury and cash management
- 9Ensure accurate financial reporting strong internal controls and effective risk management
- 10Partner with Board committees on financial strategy investments and organizational sustainability
- 11Steward financial resources with transparency discipline and long-term vision
Requirements8
- 15+ years building finance operations in nonprofit sector
- 2MBA or equivalent combination of education and executive experience preferred
- 3Strong financial acumen including supervision of Director of Finance/Controller
- 4Experience leading multidisciplinary teams independently and through senior managers
- 5Systems-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project leadership skills
- 6Excellent communication translating complex information into strategic recommendations
- 7Nonprofit experience valued but not required
- 8Ability to balance strategy with execution driving institutional growth
