What You'll Do11

  • 8Lead long-range financial planning budgeting forecasting treasury and cash management
  • 9Ensure accurate financial reporting strong internal controls and effective risk management
  • 10Partner with Board committees on financial strategy investments and organizational sustainability
  • 11Steward financial resources with transparency discipline and long-term vision

Requirements8

  • 15+ years building finance operations in nonprofit sector
  • 2MBA or equivalent combination of education and executive experience preferred
  • 3Strong financial acumen including supervision of Director of Finance/Controller
  • 4Experience leading multidisciplinary teams independently and through senior managers
  • 5Systems-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project leadership skills
  • 6Excellent communication translating complex information into strategic recommendations
  • 7Nonprofit experience valued but not required
  • 8Ability to balance strategy with execution driving institutional growth
