Center Manager, Urgent Care Operations
Overview
You own daily operations at our Cary Cornerstone center, driving growth and meeting annual financial goals. You lead a team of positive team members, foster compassionate hospitality, and ensure clinical standards and patient satisfaction. Collaborating with the Regional Director and corporate functions, you resolve issues and implement initiatives. This role focuses on operational excellence and team development in an urgent care setting.
What You'll Do10
- 1Manage, motivate, and inspire team members to foster commitment to the FastMed mission and vision.
- 2Coach staff on operational methodologies to enhance patient service and team member engagement.
- 3Oversee all day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow, and adherence to clinical standards.
- 4Own center turnover and work with team to implement impactful improvements.
- 5Communicate with Regional Director to quickly resolve issues and coordinate with peers and corporate functions.
- 6Lead interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition.
- 7Plan and prepare work schedules, assign team members to specific duties.
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and credentialing requirements.
- 9Review financial statements and operating scorecards to track annual goals and identify improvement areas.
- 10Implement marketing initiatives to grow urgent care and occupational health business, including cold calling and community events.
Requirements9
- 1Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 22 years of manager experience, preferably in healthcare.
- 33 years healthcare or customer service industry experience preferred.
- 4Extensive knowledge of clinic operations.
- 5Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and writing skills.
- 6Technically competent with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- 7Flexible with proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands.
- 8Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and travel between locations.
- 9Willing to work on-site at assigned clinic daily.
