The Senior Specialist, Center Operations leads onsite center operations to ensure optimal utilization and staffing. This role coordinates scheduling and coverage, supports client sessions, and collaborates with corporate teams. What You'll Do12
- 1Lead onsite center operations to maximize utilization through strategic scheduling and staff deployment
- 2Coordinate daily and weekly staff coverage including cancellations and make-up hours
- 3Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain accurate client appointment records
- 4Provide day-to-day support to fill coverage gaps and ensure uninterrupted services
- 5Manage center IT equipment including tablets and troubleshoot technical issues
- 6Oversee physical facility operations including opening/closing procedures and supply management
- 7Serve as safety officer by assisting with evacuation protocols and incident documentation
- 8Partner with HR and compliance to update office policies and maintain documentation
- 9Provide staff breaks and lunches as applicable
- 10Act as first point of contact for center-related issues
- 11Collaborate with regional teams for outreach, recruitment, and event planning
- 12Promote Intercare brand through client-facing displays and social media engagement
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma required with Associate’s degree preferred
- 22+ years office management experience in healthcare or education
- 3Proficiency with scheduling systems and operational oversight
- 4Strong communication and leadership abilities
- 5Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- 6Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- 7Background check clearance and TB test documentation
- 8Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 9Familiarity with Salesforce CentralReach and Vonage systems
- 10Commitment to customer service excellence and conflict resolution
