What You'll Do8
- 1Operate waste collection vehicles following safety regulations and route assignments
- 2Perform daily vehicle inspections using DVIR forms and report issues immediately
- 3Navigate complex residential areas and perform backups in tight spaces
- 4Communicate customer needs and maintain clean pickup locations
- 5Collaborate with operations managers to improve route efficiency
- 6Document daily activities and complete end-of-day paperwork
- 7Assist colleagues during peak periods and special tasks
- 8Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards
Requirements7
- 11 year CDL Class A with air brake endorsement or 1 year equivalent military driving experience
- 2Minimum age 18 with valid work eligibility in Colorado
- 3Ability to read write and speak English proficiently
- 4Strong mechanical skills and vehicle operation experience
- 5Physical stamina for standing walking lifting pushing pulling crouching reaching sitting talking hearing
- 65+ years managing residential waste collection operations
- 7Familiarity with waste management equipment and safety protocols
