Overview
Front-End Team Cashier role owns customer interactions and transaction accuracy at our Kansas City location. You will manage POS systems and ensure compliance with food safety standards. This position offers a chance to grow within a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Obtain a liquor license or food handlers permit within the first 14 days
- 2Process customer transactions using the cash register and point of sale system
- 3Count money make change and balance cash drawers at shift end
- 4Accurately receive payments via cash check gift cards credit and debit cards coupons and government assistance programs
- 5Issue receipts and change while maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices
- 6Bag merchandise carefully and promote additional sales
- 7Train new cashiers during orientation
- 8Support store tasks and complete learning plan activities
- 9Maintain organized checkout area and assist with inventory needs
- 10Climb ladders and lift objects up to 30lbs as required
- 11Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School diploma or equivalent
- 3Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Physical stamina for standing walking and lifting
- 6Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
