What You'll Do8
- 1Build and deliver daily living support including bathing dressing grooming and toileting ensuring safety and comfort
- 2Monitor residents health observing physical and emotional well being and report changes
- 3Prepare and serve nutritious meals accommodating dietary restrictions
- 4Provide medication reminders and follow care plans ensuring schedule compliance
- 5Maintain cleanliness in living areas and common spaces to promote a safe environment
- 6Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
- 7Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- 8Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience as a Caregiver Home Health Aide or similar role
- 2First aid and CPR certified or obtained through our agency
- 3Negative TB skin test
- 4Ability to lift heavy objects
- 5Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- 6Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Compassionate respectful ethical demeanor
- 8Reliable transportation
- 9Strong understanding of resident rights and confidentiality
- 10Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Salary Insight
$33 - $37k per year
