What You'll Do7
- 1Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support
- 2Monitor health status by observing vital signs and reporting changes promptly
- 3Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- 4Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA privacy rules
- 5Use proper patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques ensuring safety
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, observations, and incidents
- 7Provide transportation assistance for appointments or errands ensuring safety
Requirements5
- 1CPR certification
- 2First aid skills
- 3CNA license or DCW/caregiver certificate
- 4Ability to commute to Gilbert, AZ 85297
- 5Experience with dementia, memory care, hospice support and neurodevelopmental disorders
