Caregiver, Home Care Support in Phoenix Area
Overview
Provide friendly companionship and basic home care to clients in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa. You will work onsite on a contract basis and may assist with light housekeeping, meals, laundry, and errands for a positive, uplifting environment. This role supports ongoing training and offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build routines of daily engagement for clients to reduce isolation
- 2Assist with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care to maintain comfort
- 3Record visits in on line app and document progress for each client
- 4Clock in and out via on line scheduling app and maintain accurate records
- 5Provide transportation support when needed using own vehicle
- 6Support clients with medication reminders and safety
- 7Engage in meaningful conversations to enhance client well being
- 8Participate in ongoing training and caregiver rewards program
- 9Maintain professional, compassionate demeanor in all client interactions
Requirements5
- 1At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- 2Own a vehicle with current insurance and registration
- 3Current CPR and 1st Aid certification and TB test
- 4Clearance of Level One Fingerprint (preferred)
- 5Be able to lift 25 pounds or more
