What You'll Do7

- 3Run thorough toolpath simulations to catch collisions, gouges, and inefficient cycles before manufacturing
- 4Tune and document post-processors for different CNC platforms such as Haas and Makera
- 5Generate detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and strategy notes to support shop floor teams
- 6Create educational content and walkthroughs on CAM programming techniques and best practices
- 7Incorporate feedback from inspections to iteratively improve CAM outputs
Requirements6
- 15+ years of hands-on CAM programming experience with demonstrated Fusion 360 proficiency
- 2A sample portfolio or references showing multi-axis toolpath strategy
- 3Solid knowledge of GD&T, DFM principles, and post‑processor configuration
- 4Experience programming for advanced CNC environments across metals and plastics (e.g., aluminum, stainless, titanium)
