Overview
Owns business analysis for infrastructure projects at scale, partnering with Networking, Server, Workstation, and VoIP teams. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements across multi-project portfolios. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and document requirements from project stakeholders for IT infrastructure initiatives
- 2Lead stakeholder interviews and analyze current processes across Networking, Server, Workstation, and M365 environments
- 3Support multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously while maintaining prioritization and timelines
- 4Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and system improvements
- 5Design and recommend technology solutions aligned with business and technical needs
- 6Develop detailed technical and functional requirements documentation
- 7Participate in testing, implementation, and validation of technology solutions
- 8Conduct research to support project initiatives and technology decisions
- 9Create procedures and recommendations to improve existing systems and processes
- 10Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption
Requirements9
- 1Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite (M365)
- 2Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects
- 3Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple active projects
- 4Customer-service mindset focused on excellent end-user experience
- 5Demonstrated problem-solving skills identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills
