Business Systems Analyst, IT Infrastructure & M365
Overview
Owns infrastructure technology projects across Networking, Servers, Workstations, and Microsoft 365. Lead initiatives from requirements through implementation with strong collaboration across Networking, VoIP, and Service Center teams for mid to large scale environments. This role blends business analysis and systems analysis to drive measurable improvements while delivering user training and documentation. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and document business and technical requirements for IT infrastructure projects across Networking, Servers, and Microsoft 365
- 2Design solution approaches with stakeholders to improve business processes and enable effective technology outcomes
- 3Ship testing, implementation, and user training for infrastructure initiatives in a hybrid environment
- 4Own the development of technical requirements, procedures, RFPs, and project deliverables
- 5Scale project execution while maintaining clear communication and a customer service mindset
- 6Drive issue troubleshooting and provide sustainable technology solutions across multiple projects
- 7Lead coordination across teams to ensure on time and quality delivery
- 8Manage competing priorities with strong organizational discipline
- 9Monitor progress and maintain stakeholder alignment through transparent status reporting
- 10Collaborate with IT and Service Center teams to optimize support and adoption
Requirements6
- 15+ years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
- 2Strong Microsoft 365/M365 experience
- 3Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects
- 4Excellent analytical, problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- 5Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities
- 6Self-starter with ownership and customer service mindset
