Business Systems Analyst, Infrastructure Services | Detroit
Overview
You will own project assignments across Infrastructure Services, driving outcomes for Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. What You'll Do7
- 1Elicit requirements from stakeholders through structured interviews and workshops, documenting their needs for Networking, Server, and Workstation Services projects.
- 2Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying gaps and improvement areas across O365 and VoIP Telecommunications.
- 3Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications for Service Center initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- 4Validate proposed solutions against business goals, conducting walkthroughs and gaining stakeholder sign-off.
- 5Manage requirement traceability from initial request through implementation, and communicate progress to project leads.
- 6Facilitate collaborative sessions to resolve conflicting priorities and drive consensus across infrastructure domains.
- 7Drive the adoption of new processes and systems by creating user documentation and supporting training efforts.
Requirements7
- 13+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- 2Experience eliciting and documenting requirements for Networking, Server, or Workstation Services environments.
- 3Hands-on knowledge of O365 administration and collaboration tools, including Teams and Exchange.
- 4Proven analytical skills to assess complex business processes and recommend effective solutions.
- 5Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements management.
- 6Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
