Infrastructure Business Analyst, Networking & O365
Overview
You will own business analysis for infrastructure projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. You will elicit and validate stakeholder needs through interviews and process analysis. Your work will shape the delivery of Infrastructure Services initiatives in a contract role based onsite in Detroit, Michigan. This role stands out for its direct exposure to multi-domain infrastructure environments.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive discovery sessions with stakeholders to define business needs for Infrastructure Services projects.
- 2Document current and future state workflows for Networking, Server, and Workstation Services domains.
- 3Translate business requirements into functional specifications for O365 and VoIP Telecommunications solutions.
- 4Coordinate with Service Center teams to validate support impacts of proposed changes.
- 5Own requirement traceability from stakeholder interviews through project delivery.
- 6Deliver process models and use cases that guide solution design for cross-functional infrastructure teams.
- 7Facilitate walkthroughs with technical leads to align on acceptance criteria for infrastructure changes.
Requirements7
- 13+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on infrastructure projects.
- 2Hands-on experience with O365 migration and administration projects.
- 3Proven ability to analyze Networking and Server environments.
- 4Experience working with VoIP Telecommunications systems.
- 52+ years supporting Service Center operations and request management.
- 6Strong stakeholder interview and requirements elicitation skills.
- 7Ability to produce clear process documentation and functional specs.
Salary Insight
$40 - $60k per year
