- 1Lead and manage business development programming initiatives including the Exceptional Client Service program

- 3Identify new programming opportunities while evaluating existing offerings
- 4Build and maintain intranet-based platform for on-demand training resources
- 5Design and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops
- 6Develop multimedia resources such as videos for approved business development topics
- 7Draft proposals and communications including participant outreach materials
- 8Track and analyze training participation and performance metrics
- 9Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
- 10Collaborate cross-functionally to support assignments under tight deadlines

Requirements12
- 1Proven professional with 7 years of experience in business development programming
- 25 years project management experience in professional services environments
- 3At least 1 year customer service or client relations experience
- 4Creative thinker with out-of-the-box approach to program development
