Learning & Development Senior Specialist, Program Management
Overview
You will own the end-to-end delivery of learning programs for 4,500+ consulting team members across North America, driving onboarding, skill development, and organizational change through best-in-class experiences. You will partner with the System Learning Manager to align local touchpoints with firmwide initiatives, working across cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Office Services. This role sits in the System Learning Engagement team, bringing learning into daily work life through campaigns and events. You will manage budgets, vendors, and program logistics while building relationships that make BCG a place where people grow and belong.
What You'll Do10
- 1Guide client-facing staff through the L&D ecosystem, directing them to relevant resources and creating local learning experiences.
- 2Coordinate onsite program execution, managing internal presenters, external vendors, catering, and affiliation events.
- 3Lead planning and execution of system-level learning journey programs using SABA LMS, ensuring seamless delivery and participant satisfaction.
- 4Drive campaign coordination across the system, activating firmwide initiatives through localized execution.
- 5Own capacity planning for programs and touchpoints, aligning resources and participant flow.
- 6Manage program budgets, tracking vendor costs and identifying efficiency gains without sacrificing quality.
- 7Collaborate with Learning Topic Activation, HR, Office Services, and IT to deliver integrated onboarding and development experiences.
- 8Monitor program feedback, synthesize insights, and share learnings with broader L&D stakeholders.
- 9Support onboarding and mentorship of new team members, contributing to team culture and strategic initiatives.
- 10Execute special projects for office-level L&D priorities, including ad hoc learning needs.
Requirements7
- 13-5 years of relevant business experience in event management, recruiting, training, or people functions.
- 2Bachelor's degree required.
- 3Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- 4Exceptional organization and time management skills, managing multiple priorities with deadline pressure.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- 6Proven ability to solve complex problems with flexibility and adaptability.
- 7Highest ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality of BCG and employee information.
Salary Insight
$90 - $132k per year
