LMS Administrator Workday Learning Specialist
Overview
You will own the Workday Learning system at Vishay, configuring courses, programs, lessons, and offerings for thousands of employees. You will manage campaigns, waitlists, and learning activities, ensuring every training runs without friction. Supporting the Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team, you will partner with HRIS to align system capabilities with people strategies. This onsite role in Philadelphia offers a direct line to global learning initiatives and a collaborative culture where your expertise shapes the employee experience.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build courses, programs, lessons, and offerings in Workday Learning for global rollout.
- 2Manage learner campaigns and waitlists, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication.
- 3Run reports on learning activity, completion rates, and compliance to guide decisions.
- 4Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to HRIS when deep fixes are needed.
- 5Support the Talent, Learning & Organizational Development team in daily operations and projects.
- 6Partner with HRIS to test system updates, validate data, and improve learning workflows.
Requirements5
- 11.5-2.5 years administering an LMS, with Workday Learning preferred.
- 2Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or instructional design certification preferred.
- 3Strong troubleshooting skills, diagnosing and resolving system errors.
- 4Experience facilitating learning courses or programs, a plus.
- 5Working knowledge of HRIS systems and data integration points.
