- 7Performance Monitoring & Adaptation: Track pipeline activity and revenue trends adjust strategies based on data and market feedback
- 8Collaborative Culture: Promote cross-functional teamwork between Client Development Marketing and enabling functions
- 9Strategic Coaching & Intelligence: Advise firm leadership with market intelligence to transform transactions into strategic partnerships
- 10People Leadership: Supervise direct reports manage staffing cover time off compliance and support professional development
- 11Business Professional Development: Participate in hiring performance reviews and retention initiatives with HR

- 110+ years of exempt-level client development experience with 5+ years managing teams
- 2Proven track record of effective leadership
- 3Bachelor's degree
- 4Legal or professional services background preferred
- 5Ability to travel as required
- 6Extensive experience in marketing or business development
