What You'll Do9
- 1Contribute to tooling development for the Fusion Exercise Program
- 2Deliver tabletop, drill, and functional exercises
- 3Collaborate with Technology, Security, and Global teams to create assessment scenarios
- 4Track program KPIs and document improvements
- 5Lead multi-disciplinary sessions from junior staff to senior management
- 6Analyze incident data to identify knowledge gaps and seek solutions
- 7Synthesize complex timelines into clear project milestones
- 8Own exercise delivery and post-exercise debriefs
- 9Maintain up-to-date documentation for operational processes
Requirements11
- 13+ years in cyber security or business continuity
- 2Proven experience facilitating operational exercises
- 3Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex scenarios
- 4Strong analytical skills with rapid information absorption
- 5Certifications in risk management or related fields
- 6Experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 platforms
- 7Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements
