Overview

You will own the daily operation and health of Concert Golf Partners' enterprise security platform across 40+ premier golf clubs. You will run EDR, SIEM, email security, and vulnerability management tools at scale, reporting to the VP of IT. You will set operating standards and lead technical initiatives with limited oversight. This role offers the chance to shape security operations for a multi-site enterprise, with travel to club locations.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Administer the enterprise EDR platform: manage policies, triage detections, contain threats, and coordinate escalations with managed monitoring.
  • 2Operate identity and access controls via Microsoft Entra ID: enforce conditional access, MFA/SSO, and privileged access through the PAM platform.
  • 3Maintain the email security platform: tune policies, review quarantines, and ensure DKIM/DMARC/SPF authentication controls.
  • 4Own the SIEM platform: manage log sources, tune detections, and ensure coverage across Microsoft 365 and AWS (40+ accounts).
  • 5Run the vulnerability management platform: schedule scans, triage findings, track remediations, and produce recurring metrics reports.
  • 6Maintain Microsoft Intune and the asset inventory platform to keep an accurate view of endpoints and assets.
  • 7Monitor patch and configuration status, driving EOL assets toward remediation or compensating controls.
  • 8Administer the security awareness platform: run phishing campaigns, assign training, and track completion.

Requirements8

  • 18+ years in IT operations, systems administration, and security, including 5+ years hands-on enterprise security platform administration.
  • 23+ years providing technical leadership for enterprise cybersecurity operations, directing MSPs, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • 3Hands-on administration of enterprise EDR, SIEM, email security, vulnerability management, PAM, and MDM platforms.
  • 4Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365 security and AWS cloud security.
  • 5Ability to triage detections, tune platforms, and manage vulnerabilities through remediation.
  • 6Strong reporting and metrics skills, translating platform data into clear risk visibility for non-technical leadership.
  • 7Experience managing external vendors and MSP relationships.
  • 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
