- 12End-to-end planning of annual Cyber Awareness Week including agenda creation speaker acquisition and host logistics
- 13Coordinate cross-functional teams tabletop exercises gamified learning and leadership engagement
- 14Lead monthly KPI reviews and project status updates for security leadership
- 15Oversee organizational budget ensuring effective resource utilization
- 16Translate complex security concepts into clear actionable language for diverse audiences
- 17Proficient in instructional design and modern learning tools such as Articulate LMS

Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems or related field
- 25-10 years in IT or cybersecurity with strong grasp of security controls and regulations
- 35-10 years experience in L&D corporate communications or security awareness
- 4Exceptional ability to translate complex security concepts into clear actionable language
- 5Proven success leading large-scale initiatives and interpreting data to drive improvements
