CROM seeks a senior Business Development Manager to lead collaborative delivery opportunities across Florida and beyond. The role drives qualification-based selections expands geographic reach and grows bookings through design-build and turnkey services. What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and pursue collaborative delivery projects aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- 2Champion qualification-based selection processes emphasizing technical expertise and unique value over low-bid methodologies.
- 3Act as a trusted advisor to clients during early project development providing technical insight and delivery strategy guidance.
- 4Represent CROM at client meetings presentations and industry events showcasing collaborative delivery capabilities.
- 5Support after-project assessments to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- 6Lead preconstruction planning for collaborative delivery projects ensuring successful setup and execution.
- 7Serve as bridge between Business Development and collaborative delivery execution filling expertise gaps and applying best practices.
- 8Establish guidelines for CROM-client partnering to align stakeholder expectations.
- 9Champion design-build best practices and drive continuous improvement in collaborative delivery processes.
- 10Expand CROM’s presence in new markets using innovative delivery approaches and promote its professional services portfolio.
- 11Develop a forward-looking pipeline of collaborative delivery opportunities using CRM tools and analytics.
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field with minimum 10 years experience in engineering construction or related industries including collaborative delivery projects.
- 2Licensed Professional Engineer PE or Licensed Contractor with clear path to licensure within one year.
- 3Minimum 5 years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow.
- 4Minimum 3-5 years experience in collaborative or alternative delivery projects.
- 5Proven track record of scaling projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- 6Active membership in Design-Build Institute of America.
- 7Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- 8Experience expanding business into new geographic markets.
- 9Ability to articulate CROM’s unique value proposition to owners and partners.
- 10Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- 11Experience with CRM systems and pipeline development tools.
