Business Consultant Digital Experience, UI/UX & Strategy
Overview
6-9 years in business consulting, product strategy, or a hybrid UX/strategy role to own strategy and execution from ideation through shipping features. Hybrid work model in San Jose, CA with onsite collaboration three days a week. You will work with design, product, and engineering to prototype, validate with users, and translate concepts into a React based web app. This role combines strategy, UX prototyping, and financial insights to shape product direction and enable onboarding and enablement.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build wireframes and high fidelity UX prototypes to validate problems worth solving
- 2Design and run validation sessions with end users and synthesize feedback to refine designs
- 3Partner with developers to translate concepts into a React based web application
- 4Apply marketing strategy and operational knowledge to shape product direction
- 5Use financial analysis to prioritize features by ROI and support budgeting
- 6Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- 7Create documentation and guides to enable user onboarding and enablement
- 8Lead ideation and discovery sessions to define problems worth solving
- 9Facilitate user research and stakeholder workshops with strong communication to technical and executive audiences
Requirements9
- 16-9 years in business consulting, product strategy, or a hybrid UX/strategy role
- 2Hands on experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
- 3Working knowledge of React or close collaboration with front end teams
- 4Background in marketing strategy, planning, and operations
- 5Finance background, including budgeting, business case development, or financial analysis
- 6Strong facilitation skills for user research and stakeholder workshops
- 7Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
- 8Preferred: experience with Adobe Workfront Planning or Workfront Workflow solutions
- 9Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
