Overview
As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior in PNC's C&IB Data Analytics team, you will own data-driven solutions that drive growth across the Corporate and Institutional Banking division. You will join a collaborative team of analysts and engineers tackling strategic initiatives with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, or Wilmington, you will consult with business partners to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role offers a direct line to senior leadership and the chance to shape the bank's data product roadmap.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build analytical tools and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to support business decisions.
- 2Design data models and wrangle large datasets from relational databases to uncover trends and opportunities.
- 3Consult with business partners to understand strategy, audience, and implementation requirements for data solutions.
- 4Drive the full lifecycle of analytics products from concept and development to validation and user testing.
- 5Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
- 6Enhance and automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- 7Lead initiatives to integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models into analytics workflows.
- 8Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that impact business growth.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3Advanced SQL skills with complex queries, joins, and data manipulation.
- 4Strong understanding of database structures and relational databases.
- 5Experience with TOAD or similar database management tools.
- 6Proven ability to analyze and transform large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to varied audiences.
- 8Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- 9Preferred: Experience with Tableau or Power BI for interactive dashboards.
- 10Preferred: Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
Salary Insight
$75 - $138k per year
